1) Download and Install the Windows App for Windows: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n1f85v9t8bn?hl=en-US&gl=US
Or install it via the Microsoft Store

2) Then Sign in using your full SMC email and password
3) Select devices, CMD Lab
4) Be sure to sign out when done
MAC OS
1) Download and Install the Windows App for Mac from the Apple store:

2) Then Sign in with your SMC email and password
3) Select devices, CMD Lab
4) Be sure to sign out when done
Note: Please update your MacOS to the latest compatible version. If that's not possible use the web link: https://windows.cloud.microsoft/
CHROME OS
1) Update Chrome OS to the latest version
2) For Chrome OS use the following web link, you may also use for a different OS if the links above don' work:
https://windows.cloud.microsoft/
2) Then Sign in with your SMC email and password
3) Don't close the browser window yet, be sure to sign out when done
4) Close the browser
