Your BEST HCM/ESS username is visible in the SMC Employee Portal at the top right of the screen.
1. Go to the SMC Employee Portal https://www.smc.edu/stf
2. Sign in using your SMC email address and password.
3. Once signed in, you will see your BEST ESS Username will be at the top right of the screen
