My account is locked. What do I do next?

Your account will lock automatically if the wrong password is entered for your account many times in succession.

Please wait for 15 minutes for the account to unlock automatically. If your account continues to remain locked it is possible a device that you have added your SMC account to is using an older password.

If your account is still locked after waiting 15 minutes and require additional assistance, please click here to contact us.
