What is it?
This is a form to request technical support from Santa Monica College for technology services the college provides. This form is primarily used to allow SMC employees or students, who are unable to sign in, to request technical support.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
SMC employees and SMC students who are unable to log in, or a member of the public without an SMC user name and password.
